Association of Slovenians RS “Triglav” together with the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in BiH and Cultural Centre Banski dvor marked the Slovenian cultural holiday, Prešeren's Day on Sunday, 7 February 2016.

There was a beautiful concert of Symphony Orchestra of Conservatorium for Music and Ballet from Maribor organised in the Cultural Centre Banski dvor in Banja Luka. Their programme included compositions of Beethoven, Mozart, Schubert and Ipavec. Solo piano artist was a young 16-year-old pianist Žan Milošič Dundek, while orchestra was conducted by Professor Slavko Magdić.
Numerous audience including Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia in BiH Iztok Grmek, consul of the Consular Office of the Republic of Slovenia in Banja Luka Marjan Ristič, representative of the Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Slovenians Abroad Marjan Cukrov, head of OHR office and deputy High Representative in Banja Luka Ulrike Hartmann, public and cultural workers of the City of Banja Luka and young musicians and their professors from the Art Academy and Music School from Banja Luka. Musicians, although young, are already artists, and their performance of demanding compositions allowed the listeners specially enjoy the beauty of music art.
