Cooperation between the Association of the Slovenians of the Republic of Srpska „Triglav“ and other associations and institutions grows and becomes more and more important. This is confirmed by recently published book, anthology of prose authors of Banja Luka and Slovenia entitled „Stories of Soča and Vrbas Rivers“, promoted in the National and University Library of the Republic of Srpska, on 17 November.

31 October, the Reformation Day, was marked by two art workshops: on 28 October we had illustrator Peter Škerl with us, and on 4 November an art teacher Natalija Veselič Martinjak.

On 31 October, after several years of absence, the renowned retail corporation Mercator was reopened. Slovenian Mercator has been known to many in Banjaluka and its vicinity, therefore no wonder that many visitors were present at the opening of new Mercator.

On Saturday, 28 October, Slovenian illustrator Peter Škerl presented his works in Banjaluka to pupils and students of the supply teaching lessons of Slovenian.

On 27 October, an event entitled »In literature and illustration« was held in the National Minorities' Club. Our guests were Samo Dražumerič, poet and writer, and Peter Škerl, illustrator, both from Dolenjska.

The quiz, taking place on Saturday, 21 October, in the Jewish Centre in Banjaluka, was a great opportunity to learn many things about Slovenia: its towns and cities, mountains, lakes, sights, customs and food. The quiz was organised by the Association Triglav, and it was prepared and conducted by Darko Hederih and Pavle Ravnohrib.

On Saturday, 14 October 2017, the Concert hall of Banski dvor in Banjaluka was the place from which Slovenian songs could be heard. Alliance of Slovenian Associations in BiH “Europe Now” organised the concert hosted by the Association of the Slovenians of the RS “Triglav”.
