The eleventh review of cultural creation of national minorities of the Republic of Srpska took place on 20 September 2014 in the “Obilićevo” hall in Banja Luka. Organiser of the event was the Union of National Minorities of the RS from Banja Luka, gathering 12 national minorities.
On the occasion of the opening of the event, the Speaker of the RS National Assembly Igor Radojičić emphasised the importance of the preservation of cultural heritage of national minorities, as an integral part of the entire historical heritage and tradition in the area, while the president of the Union of National Minorities of the RS from Banja Luka, Franjo Rover stressed the increasing content and better organisation of the event.
The Association of Slovenians Triglav Banja Luka presented itself with children folklore group by performing “Abrahama gredo“, while the children folklore group Kres from Novo mesto danced and sang a song accompanied by an accordion.
Participants presented themselves with their cuisines so that everyone who attended the programme had the opportunity to enjoy specialties after the event.
