Do you agree with the proverb "The more languages you speak, the more of a person you are"?

On the European Day of Languages, we are increasingly aware of the meaning of this proverb. Students of supply teaching lessons of Slovenian language (older elementary school pupils, high school students and adults) thought about the meaning of this day. As many as thirty-two very interesting articles can be read in the appendix. Students think about whether language learning connects us, why languages deserve their holiday, what language they would like to learn and what the Slovenian language is like. We find out when they first heard the Slovenian language and why they are learning it. They reveal their wishes and hopes to us. Language learning connects us, and even at this time of Corona virus the Slovenian language is a strong link between us.
