On Friday, November 26, 2021, in the Ivana Kobilica Hall within the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Sarajevo, a promotion of the book "Slovenian Ethnic Minority in Bosnia and Herzegovina" by Slovenian Master of Geography, journalist and editor on Radio and Television Slovenia Dušan Tomažič was held.

Dušan Tomažič devotedly searched for data on Slovenians who immigrated, lived and still live in BiH in different historical periods. He collected numerous statistical data on immigration, migration, survival, life and achievements of Slovenians living outside their homeland.

The book "Slovenian Ethnic Minority in BiH" is largely the result of numerous acquaintances with members of the Slovenian minority in BiH, which came during the study of the mentioned topic for the needs of Television Slovenia since the first shots of the show "Sledi". The publication of this book was made possible by the Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Slovenians Abroad, the City of Banja Luka, the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republika Srpska, the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH. The Association of Slovenians of the Republika Srpska "Triglav" from Banja Luka also made a great contribution to the publication of this book.
