Eighth gathering of Slovenian choirs in Banja Luka was held in a pleasant atmosphere of the Youth Centre of Banja Luka. Choir “Camerata Slovenica” from Sarajevo, mixed choir of the Slovenian Cultural Community from Niš and our choir “Davorin Jenko” participated in the event.

A welcome song was performed by young members of the Association TRIGLAV – children choir “Mladi Jenkovci”. After that, choirs presented themselves by Slovenian songs and songs performed in the area where they live now.
At the end, they altogether sang a song “Pojo naj ljudje”. That is the song which connects people and builds bridges.
