On Saturday, March 25, 2023, a lot happened in the Association of Slovenians Triglav Banja Luka.

In the morning, an art workshop was organized for elementary school pupils led by art teacher Aleša Sušnik Škedelj from Novo Mesto. Students made cards for Mother's Day. They made greeting cards with a Slovenian motif - the heart. Before starting work, they watched a short film about Mother's Day, learned what cards to write to mothers, and then started working. The production was not simple, but in the end very beautiful products were created.

In the afternoon, a presentation of the Museum of Lojze Slak and Tone Pavček from Mirna Peč was held, at the invitation of and organized by the teacher of supply teaching lessons of Slovenian. Museum manager Ljudmila Bajc and expert associate Mojca Lužar presented the museum, the life and work of famous residents of Mirna Peč, and at the end the participants sang Slak's songs Čebelar and V dolini tihi. We didn't miss the Slovenian potica, and we also tried the cviček wine from Dolenjska. We ended the pleasant gathering by listening to Lojze Slak's song.
