Association of Slovenians of the RS "Triglav" Banjaluka stayed at the camp in the Ecological settlement Manastirska Rampa in Kovin from June 9 to 11, organized by the Association of Slovenians "Martin Krpan" Smederevo.
This year's theme of the camp was water and nature conservation.
The camp was organized for children of primary and secondary school age. Various sports, creative and creative workshops were organized for the children, in which they participated with joy. They learned about rowing, made soap wrapped in wool, used the Scratch programming language as well as a 3D pen, performed experiments with water and made various fish and paper boats that they released into the water.
With the excellent guidance of two teachers, Rut Zlobec and Tatjana Bukvič, learning the Slovenian language was even more interesting. In addition to education, it was an opportunity to exchange information and experiences, but also socialize.
5 children from the Association "Triglav" participated in the camp, accompanied by two members of the Association. In addition to the Association "Triglav", representatives of Slovenian associations from Serbia (Vršac, Ruma, Novi Sad and Smederevo) participated in the camp.
