A beautiful spring day in Banja Luka, May 11, 2024, was reserved for special guests.

They were amateur actors from the small town of Kisovec, in the municipality of Zagorje ob Savi, in the Republic of Slovenia. The visit of the puppet group "Luki" in Banja Luka and Prijedor was arranged by the teacher of additional Slovenian language classes, Barbara Goršič. The family-friendly acting troupe, made up of actors aged 17 to 71, as they introduce themselves, performed the author's play "The Lost Wolf". The director and creator of the play, Katarina Eranovič, a professor of the Slovenian language, in this play intended for children, combined characters and events from different fairy tales known to children and created an original story, which is performed by actors dressed in costumes and using classic puppets.

The play was performed starting at 11 a.m., on the small stage of the Children's Theater of the Republika Srpska, which was full not only of children attending Slovenian language classes, but also of their friends and peers, and for some, this was their first encounter with Slovenian language. Regardless, everyone equally enjoyed the magic of the show, as did the parents and members of the Triglav Association. The event was covered by media from RTRS.

After the play, the members of the Association took the acting group on a tour of the city and introduced them to some of its sights and the most significant events from the past, and they were also able to feel the rhythm of the city and see wedding processions on Saturday afternoon. This was followed by well-deserved refreshment and relaxation next to Vrbas. Our city was richer for another event and cultural exchange provided by the Triglav Association, and our Association was richer for new friends from Slovenia.
