On December 21, 2024, at the Association of Slovenians "Triglav" Banja Luka, we were pleased to organize the traditional distribution of Christmas boxes for our youngest members.
The event, which was held on the premises of the Association, was filled with the festive warmth and joy, characteristic of this time of year.
The highlight of the event was the arrival of Santa Claus, who delighted the children with his performance. Together with him, they sang several songs, and then they received long-awaited gifts. The gifts were carefully prepared and contained traditional Slovenian sweets, books and toys adapted to the children's age.
This event is a very important part of our activities, as it connects the members of the association and strengthens the sense of belonging to the Slovenian community. In addition, it is an opportunity to pass on Slovenian culture, language and customs to the youngest generations. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the volunteers of the Association for the Development of Voluntary Work from Novo Mesto and to Mrs. Branka Bukovec who prepared gifts for our children.
We look forward to future gatherings and events that will continue to enrich life in our community.
