Seminar was organised as part of the project “Support to Directorate for European Integration of BiH in Improving Coordination, Planning and Implementation of European Union Assistance to BiH” supported by Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and Development (AECID). A representative of the Association of Slovenians “Triglav” Banja Luka attended the seminar.
The goal of the seminar was to present the Culture Programme as one of the EC Programmes focused on improving cross-border mobility of cultural and artistic works, and the improvement of intercultural dialogue. Spanish lecturers at the seminar shared their experience in designing and implementing projects of Culture Programme.
Project financing mechanisms in the field of culture and a general overview of the Programme were presented in the first part of the seminar, while the second part focused on an example of a successful project “Road Stories”.
