The conference was organized by the Institute for Slovenian Emigrants and Migrations and the Society for the Development of Voluntary Work Novo mesto. Beside numerous representatives of institutions and organizations from Slovenia, the conference was attended by representatives of Slovenian associations from the states of former Yugoslavia. Examples of good practice were presented at the conference and that was one of the causes of an interesting discussion on challenges that education poses to intercultural relations.
