Under the organization of the Youth Council of Banja Luka a seminar on “Programme Culture 2007-2013 and EU Culture Funds” was held in Banja Luka on July 6th, 2010. A representative of the Association “Triglav” attended the seminar where experts from Croatian Ministry of Culture as Croatian Culture Contact Points presented the Programme Culture 2007-2013, gave examples of good practices and spoke about important aspects of a good project for the mentioned programme. This interactive seminar gave the good ground to the attendees to discuss experiences of finding regional partners. The goal of the seminar was also to present the Programme Culture as well as the possibilities for the participation once it has been available to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
