Presentation of activities of the national minorities of the Republic of Srpska in BiH continued on September 24th, 2010 in the National Theatre of the Republic of Srpska in Banja Luka which was filled with visitors.

This time, in addition to members of individual associations of minorities, young theatre director Aleksandar Pejaković took part in the preparation of the event by writing the scenario. Unlike the stereotype of previous years the event was a true performance. It was a show that lasted 120 minutes entitled “Beauty of Diversities".

The attendees, including numerous representatives of embassies and consulates in BiH, representatives of the City of Banja Luka and numerous visitors from Banja Luka and surrounding towns, were greeted by the president of the Union of National Minorities Mr. Stevo Havreljuk. In his introductory speech, deputy mayor of the City of Banja Luka Mr. Jasmin Komić wished the continuation of successful work and cooperation of national minorities with all institutions of the City of Banja Luka. A programme followed where twelve national minorities active in the territory of the Republic of Srpska presented their work through songs, dance and recitals. Our Association „Triglav“ was the first to present. A group of our youngest members, students of the supply teaching lessons of the Slovenian language, together with their teacher Valentina Gradič sang a song „Naša četica koraka“. Our choir “Davorin Jenko” also made a performance as part of the programme, as well as a group of young instrumentalists „Mladi Jenkovci“ along with the singer Aleksandra Bilanović.
Friday evening of the seventh presentation of activities of the national minorities of the Republic of Srpska, showing the beauty of national diversities ended with a gift of all who presented themselves, the Beethoven “Ode to Joy” dedicated to all the present.
