During the training with excellent organization, presentation was made concerning the phases of project preparation while participants took an active part at each phase. It is a devastating fact that the training was attended by only 5 representatives of national minorities from the two cities, not only due to the fact that they could have gained new knowledge but also because the training was attended by representatives of the RS Ministry of Education and Culture. Representatives of the Ministry gave a presentation on good and bad aspects of the project proposals submitted by associations of national minorities up to then and also presented the new project application which will come into effect next year.
Along with the comment that it was a pity that there were only a few representatives of national minorities we extend our congratulations to representatives of the Ministry for their active participation in the practical part as well as to the OSCE representatives for the high quality organization of the trainings and lecturers for the quality of presentations.
PROJECT CYCLE MANAGEMENT TRAINING
From 24-25 May 2011, a project cycle management training was held in Banja Luka for the representatives of associations of national minorities of Banja Luka and Prijedor. The training was organized by the OSCE. The training was attended by the secretary of the Association „Triglav“ and coordinator of Euroured Ana Kunjadic.
