„There are rivers, many rivers, fast, clear, deep, dark. Rivers lamented, showering in the sunshine, secretive and always intertwined by stories.
There are hills, many hills, high, stony, wooded and again intertwined by stories.
And between them there are bridges - old, stony, wooden, modern. Bridges destroyed, rebuilt, intertwined by stories...“

Following the introductory words, the multicultural concert commenced in the Concert Hall of Banski dvor on Friday, June 24, 2011. The concert entitled “Music builds bridges” was organised by the Association of the Slovenians of the RS “Triglav” Banja Luka and Cultural Centre Banski dvor.

The following artists took part at the concert: opera singer – soprano Yukiko Nagamine from Japan, opera singer - baritone Dejan Heraković from Slovenia, vocal artists Maja Tatić from Banja Luka, pianist Dejan Janković from Banja Luka, violin - Sonja Vojvodić from Banja Luka and cello - Lidija Paulin from Banja Luka.
It was an interesting combination of artists linked, one way or the other, by Slovenia. At the end, vocal artists sang a song together “Slovenija, od kod lepote tvoje” accompanied by the piano trio.

Concert hall of Banski dvor was filled with people and after the concert only words of praise could be heard about this unique event.
