On the occasion of the visit by State Secretary of the Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Slovenians Abroad Matjaž Longar, PhD, and Senior Advisor Aleš Selan, on 20 October 2012 in Sarajevo, Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia in BiH together with his wife organised an official reception in the residence of the Republic of Slovenia for representatives of Slovenian associations active in BiH.
Reception was not too official this time, but rather relaxed, friendly and useful. Our hosts made sure that the atmosphere be relaxed for talks without reservation not only about difficulties that we have in our associations but also about plans for future, commendations and congratulations on award for successful 20-year-long activity in individual associations, and funny anecdotes, accompanied by singing Slovenian songs and common though that good will and closer cooperation lead to easier solving of problems.
