On Saturday, 18 October, in Klašnice near Banja Luka a quiz was organised which was prepared by Darko Hederih, author of a favourite show Little Grey Cells. The author was accompanied by presenter of the show Pavle Ravnohrib.
Following the welcome speech by consul of the Consular Office of the Republic of Slovenia in Banja Luka Branko Zupanc students were impatiently waiting for the selection of teams and first questions. Many already took part at the quiz in Banja Luka last year when they answered questions about animals. This year’s quiz was about sport.
Students of supply teaching lessons of Slovenian from Banja Luka, Slatina, Teslić, Prijedor, Sarajevo, Kakanj, Novi Sad and Niš took part at the quiz. We know that young people like sport a lot but in order to take part at the quiz it is not sufficient that one only knows sports and sport equipment. Students had to show very good command of Slovenian. If they do not understand the question they surely cannot give an answer. Did they manage to find answers to all questions? The best team was the one composed of Andrej Drinić from Banja Luka and Jelena and Dominik Župančič from Teslić. All students were awarded acknowledgment and book awards. We would like to thank to Public Agency for Books of the Republic of Slovenia which donated books by Vinko Möderndorfera “Like in a movie”.
