On the occasion of the end of the school year, Slovenian writer Tone Partljič will pay us a visit. Pupils and students of supply teaching lessons of Slovenian are getting ready for his visit.

Tone Partljič writes sketches, novellas, novels and dramas. The adult students of supply teaching lessons watched a movie “My Dad, Socialist Kulak”, based on his scenario while children and adults found out about his events from childhood, collected in the book “I wanted to hold the Sun”, and a part of the drama “Pike is not here”. Pupils and students made interesting posters, and they also looked for comparison between the works of Branko Ćopić and Tone Partljič. Tone Partljič is the winner of this year’s Prešeren’s Award, the most important Slovenian award in the field of art. He is an excellent comedist, and some even refer to him as »master of laughter«, he became popular by satiric dramas about modern living, and we got familiar with him as a sensible writer of memories from the childhood.
