After the workshop of the international youth project Lepljenka /Collage/ held on Friday February 25, 2022, an artistic intervention followed in the evening of the same day in the conference room of the National and University Library of the Republika Srpska in Banja Luka at the presentation of Samo Dražumerič's book 'Quantum Boatman'.
This book has been translated into Serbian, English, German and Portuguese. The participants of the theater-dance intervention are high school students and students from Novo Mesto (Amika Zoja Jelič, Lana Traven, Maja Tomić, Kal Kotar Dražumerič, Lovro Mirtić, dancers Veronika Valdés and Anamaria Bagarić; directed by Andreja Kopač, PhD).
Those present were greeted by Ana Marjanović from the Association of Slovenians Triglav Banja Luka and the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to Bosnia and Herzegovina Damijan Sedar.
These events were supported by JSKD and the Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Slovenians Abroad. It is a continuation of more than 20 years of excellent cooperation between the mentioned associations connecting the cultural creators of Novo Mesto and Banja Luka.
Samo Dražumerič (Novo Mesto, 1971) published three collections of poetry: Street (1991), Kel-te-ta Street (1993), Silent Cat and Celtic Butterflies (1997) and three novels Fantasia of Smiles (2000), Cloud Chasers 2003 .and Equinox in Montevideo (2013). He published poems in literary collections, anthologies and poetry magazines. He is the idea leader and mentor of the international youth project COLLAGE - TRAVELING SWAN. He managed the international literary exchange at the Novo Mesto Literary Club. He is one of the founders of the Art Collective Strelci. He mentors literary workshops, is a member of individual literary expert juries and participates in the JSKD network as a regional expert selector.
