Holidays are those days to which we give special attention and those dedicated to a special event.
Since 2015 more than 15 grammar schools in Slovenia have been involved in the project Collage for Youth through the Public Fund for Cultural Activities Novo mesto. Since last year, the Grammar School (Gimnazija) in Banjaluka has also been involved in the project via Association of Slovenians Triglav Banjaluka – a partner on the project.

A small exhibition of graphic art was opened in the National and University Library Banjaluka presenting two unique graphic maps. At the same time, Grammar School from Novo mesto donated several books to the Library in Slovenian that will be available to readers of Slovenian books.
On 12 October, librarians and those who like reading organised a special party in Taverna. Biblioparty, as they named it, was the main event which brought a new bookmobile to the Central Library of Srečko Vilhar Koper, and took the old but still preserved bookmobile to National and University Library Banjaluka.
At the invitation of Association of citizens of Slovenian origin from Tuzla our choir took part at the Concert of Slovenian choirs.
With the assistance of Association Triglav, the Primary School “Ivo Andrić” Banja Luka has established excellent cooperation with the Primary School “France Prešeren” Kranj.
One of important activities of the Association Triglav Banjaluka is the networking with local population through different projects. Several years ago, under the mediation of the Association Triglav, an agreement was signed on mutual cooperation between the Grammar School Gimnazija Banjaluka and Grammar School Gimnazija Novo mesto, which is a continuous cooperation.
Students of supply teaching lessons from Banjaluka, Slatina and Prijedor have joined an overall Slovenian action National month of joint reading. Slovenian lessons cannot go without reading, the youngest learn Slovenian alphabet and first words, elder read fiction and educational texts.
At the end of September 2018 the ''Europe supports inclusion 3'' project was successfully completed in Zagreb.
