Friday evening of 6 March 2017 was special to many inhabitants of Banja Luka as well as other fans of music who attended the concert of Slovenian zither quartet from Slovenia. The concert was organised by Slovenian Emigrants' Association and the Association of Slovenians Triglav Banja Luka.

February, the month of cultural events, was dedicated to the memory of poet France Prešeren.
On 18 February 2017, guests of the Association of Slovenians Triglav were singers from Dolenjska.

Children in Banja Luka were visited by as many as two good men: Father Christmas and Santa Claus. They arrived together, one in red clothes and the other one in grey.

In April this year, students of supply teaching lessons were hosted by students of Grammar School Ledina, while on 18 November they returned the visit.

On Friday, 18 November, and Saturday, 19 November, on the premises of the National Minorities' Club in Banja Luka creative workshops were held.
