PRIME MINISTER CERAR ON A WORKING VISIT TO BiH

Regional folklore gathering taking place in March and April throughout Slovenia organised by JSKD (Public Fund for Cultural Activities of Slovenia) is intended for the presentation of children, youth and adult folklore groups.
On 24 March 2017, the Association of Slovenians Triglav Banja Luka, in cooperation with Children’s Library Borik from Banja Luka, organised a workshop of the Slovenian language, for pupils of 3rd grade of Elementary School Vuk Stefanović Karadžić from Banja Luka.
For some years now the Mixed choir of the Association of Slovenians Triglav has performed as guests of Zdravko Ćosić's Ensemble at »Veče uz prim« concerts. This year they were invited as well.
Friday evening of 6 March 2017 was special to many inhabitants of Banja Luka as well as other fans of music who attended the concert of Slovenian zither quartet from Slovenia. The concert was organised by Slovenian Emigrants' Association and the Association of Slovenians Triglav Banja Luka.
On Saturday, 4 March, on the premises of the Association of Slovenians Triglav in Banja Luka two activities were held intended to learning about Prešeren's life and work. We were visited by actor Pavle Ravnohrib and psychologist Darko Hederih.
On Wednesday, 22 February, and Thursday, 23 February, in Banja Luka, we had an opportunity to attend a presentation by Dušan Tomažič »Slovenian National Minority in Bosnia and Herzegovina focusing on the activities of Slovenian association Triglav Banja Luka.
February, the month of cultural events, was dedicated to the memory of poet France Prešeren.
On 18 February 2017, guests of the Association of Slovenians Triglav were singers from Dolenjska.
On the occasion of the Day of the Republika Srpska, 9 January, many events took place in Banja Luka under the title “25 years of the Republika Srpska”.
Children in Banja Luka were visited by as many as two good men: Father Christmas and Santa Claus. They arrived together, one in red clothes and the other one in grey.
